Société Générale: ALD signs agreement to sell 6 subsidiaries

(CercleFinance.com) - ALD announces the signature of an agreement relating to the sale of its subsidiaries in Ireland, Portugal and Norway as well as LeasePlan's subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Finland and the Czech Republic to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Stellantis.


These disposals are required as part of the commitments made by ALD for the European Commission's authorisation of ALD's acquisition of LeasePlan.

The fleet of these six entities represented approximately 100,000 vehicles, or 3% of ALD and LeasePlan's combined fleet at 31 December 2022.
