Société Générale: ALD in talks with Lease Plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale, a majority shareholder (about 80% stake) of ALD, and ALD itself say that they are in talks with Lease Plan and its shareholders regarding a potential merger between ALD and Lease Plan aimed at creating a leader in the mobility sector.


At this stage, there is no certainty that the current discussions could lead to an agreement or a transaction, the group said, adding that further details will be provided in due course.
