Société Générale: in exclusive talks for Socalfi

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale announces that it has entered exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Socalfi, a 100% subsidiary of My Money Bank in New Caledonia.


Socalfi offers a client base of retail and corporate clients automobile financing solutions as well as equipment and specialised equipment financing solutions thanks to a partner distribution network.

The company also provides consumer credit solutions.

"This acquisition project would allow SGCB to strengthen its local positions in the markets of consumer credit and equipment finance, which benefit from profitable growth potential," said the group.
