Dassault Systèmes: proposes dividend of 0.65 euro at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes announces that, at its AGM scheduled for 23 May, its Board of Directors has decided to propose to shareholders a dividend of 65 cents per share for 2018, exclusively in cash.


The product lifecycle software vendor says that it will propose a dividend detachment date of 29 May, and that the dividend would be paid on 31 May.

For the record, over the past financial year, Dassault Systèmes published, in non-IFRS IAS 18 data, diluted net earnings per share of 3.11 euros, up 16% (+20% at constant exchange rates).
