Publicis: in talks to buy Soft Computing

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday morning Soft Computing said that it is in exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of 82.
99% of its capital by Publicis Groupe from its shareholding families Fischmeister and Venturi.

This sale of their cumulative shareholdings is set to be made at a price of 25 euros per share, with 2018 coupon attached, representing a premium of 66.67% over the share price at close on 19 December 2018.

The transaction would lead to the filing of a simplified takeover bid, followed by a squeeze-out, if successful. Soft Computing's board of directors has welcomed the proposal, subject to the independent expert's work.
