Eiffage: wins E452m euro contract in Ile-de-France

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage, in a consortium with the architectural firm LA/BA, has won the global performance contract for the reconstruction of the Transilien RER D and R line "Villeneuve Demain" maintenance technicentre in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges.


The contract, which is worth a total of E452m and which is 100% financed by Île-de-France Mobilités, was awarded by SNCF Voyageurs. This project, which covers more than 35,000 m2 of floor space, includes the design, construction and maintenance of railway buildings and facilities for six years.

It aims to adapt the site's maintenance facilities to meet the technical features of the new generation of trains supported by Île-de-France Mobilités.

The expected performance objectives concern the availability of the maintenance facilities, the energy performance of the buildings through the installation of an EMS (Energy management system) and the optimisation of intervention times.
