Eiffage: renovation of over 8,000 military housing units

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage and Arcade-VYV have been named "preferred bidder" for the first concession contract for outsourced management of housing estate owned in France by the Ministry of Armed Forces.


This 35-year contract is part of the "Ambition Housing" program of the Ministry of the Armed Forces' Family Plan for the development of housing for the Ministry's nationals.

As part of its tasks, Eiffage said that it will renovate more than 8,000 homes with the aim of improving their energy performance, while building around 3,000 new homes on 55 sites throughout the country, using low-carbon methods.
