Eiffage: wins rehabilitation contract in Lille

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Eiffage Construction announced that it has won a contract for the rehabilitation of 360 housing units in Lille, as part of an operation called "La Chapelle d'Elocques".


This project, conducted over a total area of 21,500 m2, includes enhancing the thermal performance of buildings, adapting accommodation to new family compositions of tenants, the demolition of residences and garages in order to release land therefrom before completing a complementary inter-generational residence project, while supporting tenants during the rehabilitation process.

Work is scheduled to begin in October 2019, for expected delivery in 2024.
