Eiffage: Sicavas Eiffage 2000 stake above 10% of VR

(CercleFinance.com) - PRO BTP Finance, acting on behalf of Sicavas Eiffage 2000 which it manages, has notified the AMF that on 20 June, it raised its stake in Eiffage to above the threshold of 10% of Eiffage's voting rights, with it henceforth holding for Sicavas Eiffage 2000, 5.
81% of its capital and 10.67% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from a reduction in the total number of Eiffage's voting rights. It said that as of 6 July, it held, on behalf of Sicavas Eiffage 2000, 5.79% of Eiffage's capital and 10.04% of its voting rights.

PRO BTP Finance states that it does not intend to take over the company, nor will it ask for a seat - either for itself or one for or more other persons as a director, member of the board of directors or member of the supervisory board.
