Eiffage: development project in Montigny-Lès-Metz

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Aménagement, the group's representative, announces that it has won the 57,000 m2 SDP development project for the Lizé district in Montigny-lès-Metz, alongside CM-CIC Aménagement Foncier and four other property developers.


The district will house approximately 630 apartments divided into different typologies. Approximately 1,600 m² of shops are planned, which will be installed in both new buildings and existing buildings.

After the feasibility study and obtaining planning permission, the work is set to last six years and will be organised into three successive phases over the years 2020-2021, 2022-2023 and 2024-2025.
