Rémy Cointreau: Q1 sales up 40%

(CercleFinance.com) - The spirits group Rémy Cointreau has posted Q1 2022-23 sales of 409.
9 million euros, up 39.9% as reported and up 27% on an organic basis (after organic growth of 105% achieved a year earlier).

It said that this performance reflects a strong increase in the price-mix effect (+14.5%), in line with the value strategy, and a significant increase in volumes (+12.5%), including a favourable phasing effect of shipments in the United States.

Adding that it is perfectly positioned to take advantage of new consumer trends, and strengthened by progress in its strategic plan, Rémy Cointreau says that it approaches 2022-23 with confidence and has therefore confirmed its targets for the current fiscal year.
