Remy Cointreau: Credit Suisse adjusts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse maintains its "underperform" rating on Remy Cointreau shares, although has nudged up its target price from 132 euros to 135 euros.


After a 25.1% increase in organic sales in Q3, Credit Suisse expects a 14% increase in Q4.

The broker points to "solid" market trends in the United States and the recovery of activity in China, particularly with the confirmation of the Chinese New Year.

However, the increase in activity should be held back by persistent trade restrictions in the EMEA zone in the fourth quarter and by weakness in travel retail, the analyst says.
