Rémy Cointreau: sells stake in Passoã

(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has announced that it has sold all of its shares in the Passoã SAS joint venture to Lucas Bols Amsterdam BV for 71.
3 million euros, in line with its strategy which aims to continue to enhance its brand portfolio.

The wines and spirits group says that this joint venture was created by an agreement concluded in December 2016 for the operation and further development of the activities of the Passoã brand in France and internationally.
