Lagardère: AGM scheduled for 30 June

(CercleFinance.com) - The Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Lagardère SCA shareholders will be held behind closed doors at 10 am on Wednesday 30 June 2021.


The Notice of Meeting brochure is available and includes information on the candidates for the Board of Directors and the new Articles of Association proposed as part of the project to convert the Company into a PLC. Shareholders will therefore be asked to approve the change of status from SCA to SA.

The group announced the identity of the 11 members of its future board of directors. Nicolas Sarkozy, Arnaud de Puyfontaine (Vivendi) and Joseph Oughourlian (Amber Capital) are on the list, said Aurel BGC this morning.
