Lagardère: agreement between Vivendi and Amber Capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi and Amber Capital, respectively Lagardère's largest and second largest shareholders with 23.
5% and 20% of the group's capital, have announced signing a pact, "Despite their divergent views, and after the very poor results announced by Lagardère a few days ago".

In this context, they are going to take steps with Lagardère to ensure that each of them has minority representation on the supervisory board, with three members for Amber Capital and one member for Vivendi.

Both companies also wanted to stabilise Lagardère's shareholding by agreeing - for five years - to the terms of an agreement reached today, i.e. a reciprocal first offer and preemption rights agreement on their Lagardère shares. The text of this agreement has been transmitted to the AMF.
