Lagardère: sells health businesses

(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère is disposing of its Health division for an enterprise value of 60 million euros.


On the one hand, this morning the group announced the sale of MonDoctor, the platform for booking medical appointments online.

On the other hand, Lagardère is in exclusive talks with TF1 for the sale of the site Doctissimo, presented as the leader in information for health and well-being. The agreement is expected to be finalised by 30 September.
