Lagardère: negotiates sale of magazines in France

(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Czech Media Invest for the sale of its magazine press titles in France, the second operation of its strategic redeployment that it announced on 8 March.


The scope of the negotiations includes Elle and its different versions, including the websites Elle en France, Version Femina, Art & Décoration, Télé 7 Jours and its variations, France Dimanche, Ici Paris and Public.

The proceeds from the sale of magazines, which is also the case for foreign radios, will be primarily allocated to the investment and development of Lagardère Publishing, Lagardère Travel Retail and the production of content.
