Lagardère: acquisition in the Netherlands

(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère reported late on Monday morning that it has taken a majority stake in Skyhigh TV.


This transaction, which follows the acquisitions of Boomerang TV in Spain and Aito Media Group in Finland, concerns a Dutch company that specialises in the production and distribution of entertainment, factual entertainment and documentary programmes.

Founded in 1999, Skyhigh TV, owned by its three founding shareholders (Marc Dik, Wilfred Drechsler and Bernard van den Bosch), also produces content for all public and private Dutch broadcasters.
