Vivendi: sells rest of stake in Ubisoft

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has confirmed that on Tuesday it sold the remainder of its stake in Ubisoft (5.
87% of the capital), for 429 million euros.

This sale will mean a capital gain of 220 million euros for Vivendi.

"Vivendi is no longer a Ubisoft shareholder and maintains its commitment to refrain from purchasing Ubisoft shares for a period of five years.
In total, the sale of Vivendi's interest in Ubisoft represents an amount of E2 billion and a capital gain of E1.2 billion." Vivendi said.
