Vivendi: UBS still a buyer; adjusts target price

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has confirmed its "buy" rating sur Vivendi, while trimming its target price for the share from 25.
5 euros to 25 euros, meaning upside potential of 11% for the parent company of Universal Music Group and Canal+ amongst other media groups.

The broker says, “Our BUY is supported by 3 potential catalysts: 1) a premium UMG bid, 2) a sizeable buyback; and, 3) a lower NAV discount subject to a better M&A track record.”
