Casino: finalises divestment of subsidiary R2C

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the signing of an agreement last February with the British Compass Group, Casino announces that it has finalised the sale of R2C, its subsidiary specialised in contract catering.
The financial terms of the deal were not provided.

When it announced this transaction the food retailer explained that it is continuing actions already initiated to significantly improve its profitability and strengthen its financial profile.
