Casino: Tikehau and Bpifrance invest in Greenyellow

(CercleFinance.com) - Tikehu Capital and Bpifrance have announced that they have teamed up together to invest 150 million euros, via a capital increase, in GreenYellow, Casino's subsidiary, which offers solutions in energy transition.


Operating in the development of B2B solutions to reduce its clients' energy expenditure, GreenYellow has developed over 150 decentralised photovoltaic projects, generating around 190 MWc and operates over 1,500 energy efficiency contracts.

This investment will help accelerate GreenYellow's next growth phase in France and Internationally. Tikehu Capital and Bpifrance will hold close to 24% of the company's capital alongside Casino.
