Vinci: buys engineering activities of RCO Mechatronics

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies has announced the strengthening of its industrial portfolio by acquiring RCO Mechatronics in the Netherlands.


With over 20 years' experience, RCO Mechatronics is specialised in the design, development and production of standard or more specific robotic and cobot applications.

In particular, RCO Mechatronics has its own range of standardised SRP cobot/robot handling systems and machines.

Vinci adds that this acquisition is bang in line with its strategy of strengthening its industrial portfolio with knowledge in mechatronics, robotics and cobotics.
