Vinci: acquires Conntronic, a specialist in robotics

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies has announced the acquisition of the German company "conntronic Prozess-und Automatisierungstechnik", which is specialised in robotics and welding.


This transaction enables Vinci Energies to expand the range of services offered by its Actemium brand, one of the largest global service providers in the field of industrial processes, in the robotics, mechanical engineering and welding sectors.

Günther Reverchon, until now the company boss, will head the new company Actemium conntronic, Vinci Energies said.

With 53 employees, conntronic's revenues reached approximately 9.2 million euros in 2020.

This relatively small acquisition seems to be overlooked by investors, however - the Vinci share is currently down about 0.5%.
