Vinci: waiver of covenants for London Gatwick

01% subsidiary of its Vinci Airports division, has obtained from its lenders a temporary release from compliance with its financial covenants, given the exceptional situation affecting air transport.

As a reminder, last August, the British airport initiated discussions with its lenders on the forecast evolution of its financial covenants. They therefore approved, by a very large majority, its request for a waiver of these covenants.
