Vinci: wins contract in Canada

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Thursday Vinci announced that the Ministry of Transport of the Province of Quebec has retained the consortium Renouveau La Fontaine (consisting of Vinci's subsidiaries and the Canadian group Pomerleau) to carry out the renovation of the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel and its access routes.


This is the longest tunnel in Canada.

Worth 726 million euros, the contract covers the financing, design and implementation of renovation work. Work will begin in early 2021 and will last until July 2025.
