Vinci: AGM approves all resolutions

(CercleFinance.com) - The combined General meeting of Vinci shareholders met on 17 April 2018, chaired by Xavier Huillard, the group's chairman and CEO.


The quorum reached 58.99% and the meeting approved all the resolutions that were submitted to it.

The meeting decided to pay a dividend of 2.45 euros per share for this year. The dividend detachment date has been set for 24 April 2018. The balance of the dividend will be paid in cash on 26 April 2018.

The meeting also approved the renewal of the mandates of its directors Mr Xavier Huillard, Mr Yves-Thibault de Silguy, Mrs Marie-Christine Lombard, and Qatar Holding LLC, as well as the appointment of Mr René Medori.
