Capgemini: to acquire a SAP Service business

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced concluding an agreement to acquire Multibook's global SAP service arm to strengthen its capacities in this area, as well as its portfolio of customers and services in Japan and South East Asia.


With over 80 employees, this Tokyo-based company is also present throughout the Asia-Pacific region and also has a subsidiary in the US.

The transaction is subject to the usual conditions precedent and should be completed in the next few weeks.

The group said that this acquisition will strengthen its ability to help clients accelerate their cloud transformation, with the next generation of smart SAP solutions.
