Capgemini: signs contract with the British MoD

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced signing a five-year contract with the British Ministry of Defence (MoD) to manage the Ministry's IT service centre.


The service centre is the foundation of Operational Service Management (OSM), which provides the MOD's essential IT services.

It will be a "24/7, 365 days of the year, IT service desk and a single point of contact delivering intelligent user self-service and better service management across suppliers," the group said.

"The new Service Centre is strategically significant, as it will help establish the Defence Digital OSM capability".
