Capgemini: set to acquire Scandinavian company

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening, Capgemini announced signing an agreement for the acquisition of Advectas, a specialist in business intelligence and data science in Scandinavia.


"By joining Capgemini's Insights & Data global business line, the 200+ strong Advectas team will help to further meet growing client demand for Capgemini's business intelligence and data analytics services across the region," Capgemini said.

The terms of the deal were not specified, although it is set to be completed in the coming weeks.
