Capgemini: Aiman Ezzat appointed CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini SE's Board of Directors met yesterday and chose Aiman Ezzat, currently its deputy CEO, to succeed Paul Hermelin as its CEO at the end of its AGM, scheduled for 20 May 2020.


At the same meeting, the Board will also propose the appointment of Aiman Ezzat as a director of Capgemini SE.

As previously announced, Paul Hermelin proposed tha,, at the end of the next AGM, the Board adopt a governance that separates the roles of Chairman and CEO, in which Paul Hermelin will retain the position of Board Chairman, while Aiman Ezzat will serve as the group's chief executive officer alone.
