Capgemini: agreement to acquire Leidos Cyber

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Leidos Cyber, the commercial cyber security division of Leidos, "with proven critical infrastructure capabilities.
"

"This acquisition will reinforce the Group's capabilities in North America, helping to meet growing customer demand for its portfolio of cybersecurity services and solutions across the region," the French IT services giant explained.

The completion of the acquisition is subject to approvals from anti-trust authorities and the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2018.
