Saint-Gobain: BlackRock raises stake

(CercleFinance.com) - A notice issued yesterday by the Autorité des marchés financiers relays the statement that BlackRock exceeded the threshold of 5% of Saint-Gobain's capital on 14 January.


On that date, and after the OTC purchase of shares and the receipt of shares held as collateral, the American asset management giant held, on behalf of its funds, 5.05% of the French building materials group's capital and 4.48% of its voting rights.
