Plastic Omnium: closes acquisition of 100% of ACTIA Power

(CercleFinance.com) - Plastic Omnium has announced the closing of its fully self-financed acquisition of 100% of ACTIA Power, a division of the ACTIA Group, for an enterprise value of 52.
5 million euros.

ACTIA Power will be consolidated in Plastic Omnium's accounts as of 1 August 2022.

ACTIA Power had revenues of 22 million euros in 2021. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of on-board batteries, power electronics and electrification systems for electric mobility in trucks, buses, coaches, trains and construction equipment.

This acquisition will help the group to meet the needs of all combustion and electric vehicles, whether hybrid, plug-in hybrid, battery or fuel cell.
