Schneider: partners Capgemini and Qualcomm in 5G

(CercleFinance.com) - At the 2023 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Schneider Electric, Capgemini and Qualcomm announced that they are collaborating to implement an innovative 5G automated lifting solution for industrial environments.


The 5G wireless private network solution will streamline and optimise the deployment of digital technologies at scale in a variety of industrial environments, such as steel mills and port sites, the three companies said.

They combine Schneider's expertise in industrial automation, Qualcomm's expertise in wireless technologies and innovations in computing and AI, and Capgemini's expertise in network deployment and systems integration.
