Schneider: EU clears creation of JV with Suez
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has authorised the creation of a new joint venture by Suez and Schneider Electric, both of which are based in France.
The joint venture will design, develop and market water management software for water and wastewater treatment plants. The Commission concluded that the proposed deal would not raise competition concerns due to the negligible activities planned by the joint venture in the European Economic Area.
