Schneider Electric: completes investment in Planon

(CercleFinance.com) - Schneider Electric announces that it has successfully completed its strategic minority investment in Planon Beheer BV, a company with a leading position in building and work environment management software.


This completion follows on from its announcement a month ago. Therefore, the French supplier of energy management equipment holds 25% of Planon and the investment will be booked under the equity method.
