Klépierre: business still improving

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday Klépierre announced sales that continued to improve in Q1, in the wake of the sound performance recorded in 2022.


The shopping centre operator, a competitor of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, this morning reported Q1 revenues of E371.5m, up 3.3%.

Gross rental income was E287.1m, driven by a strong rebound in merchant sales (+13.2% in the quarter), with a peak of 19% in January.

Growth was also driven by a positive indexation effect of 5.75%.
