Klépierre: Bank of America rates 'Underperform'

(CercleFinance.com) - Bank of America reinstates an "underperform" rating on the Klépierre share, with a target price of 27 euros (11% downside potential), judging that the stock, "does not reflect adverse impact from likely rent and asset value declines in Continental Europe".


"Klepierre is trading at the highest premium to its trough NAV, not just vs. peers but within our whole coverage," the broker adds in its comments on the French real estate group.
