Seb: announces acquisition of 750g International

(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Tuesday the group Seb announced that it has acquired 750g International, a publisher of culinary sites and services in Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, US and the UK.


"It thereby confirms its ambition to accelerate the rollout of its brands in the area of digital cooking, leveraging the expertise of 750g International (...). This acquisition will allow to create synergies with the products, websites and apps developed by the Group. The objective is twofold: enrich our digital ecosystem and enhance the attractiveness of our brands internationally," Seb said.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
