Peugeot: shareholders approve merger with FCA

(CercleFinance.com) - Both companies' shareholders met on Monday, when over 99% voted in favour of the merger between FCA and Groupe PSA, thereby ratifying the forthcoming creation of Stellantis.


Following the vote by FCA and Groupe PSA shareholders, they plan to complete their merger on Saturday 16 January 2021.

Stellantis' ordinary shares will begin trading on Euronext in Paris and the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan on Monday 18 January 2021, followed by the New York Stock Exchange, on the next day.
