PSA: is merger agreement with FCA imminent?

(CercleFinance.com) - According to Bloomberg, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot SA (PSA) intend to formally sign a merger agreement either next week, or if not, by the end of the year.


Indeed, negotiations of the MoU are progressing well, even though some obstacles (uncited) still need to be overcome.

Bloomberg also says that PSA will be organising a supervisory board meeting on the matter on Tuesday 17 December.
