Peugeot: go-ahead from works committee for DEAC 2018

(CercleFinance.com) - The PSA Group has announced that its Central Works Committee today issued a favourable opinion on the 2018 DAEC after five out of six trade unions - CFDT, CFE/CGC, CFTC, FO and GSEA - signed the agreement.
Together they represent 80% of the group's workforce.

Following on from that of 2017, which will end on 31 January this year, the DAEC 2018 is based on the provisions laid down on the signature of the New Momentum for Growth agreement in July 2016, and takes into account recent regulatory changes.

The car maker's commitments in France for 2018 include over 1,300 recruitments on permanent contracts, 400 of which are in production, given the commercial success of its new models.
