Kering: interim dividend to be paid in January 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - At its meeting yesterday, 12 December, Kering announced that its board of directors decided to pay an interim dividend for FY 2019, which has been set at 3.
50 euros per share.

The luxury group, which is the parent company of Gucci, Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta, says that this interim dividend will be paid on 16 January 2020 to shareholders on record as at close of business on 15 January. This interim dividend will be detached on the morning of 14 January.

Kering adds that the balance of the dividend for 2019 will be decided by the board of directors at its meeting on 11 February and submitted for approval at the next AGM to be held on 23 April.
