Thales: cyber security solution and bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - At the 2020 International Cybersecurity Forum Thales has announced launch of Cybels Analytics, a solution capable of the "detection and hunting of the most complex cyberattacks.

"Cybels Analytics ensures more acute, more exhaustive detection of untargeted attacks, revealing three times more indicators of compromise detection than conventional attack detection products," the company said.

Thales has also announced that yesterday it completed a fixed rate bond issue amounting to 500 million euros, maturing in 7 years' time, with a coupon of 0.25%.

This bond issue is particularly intended to refinance the 500 million euro bond loan maturing in April 2020. It is part of the Group's liquidity management aimed at maintaining Thales' financial flexibility and extending the maturity of its funding, the group said.
