Michelin: H1 net income down 18% at E843m

(CercleFinance.com) - H1 2022 sales amounted to 13,289 million euros, up 18.
7% y-o-y.

Tyre volumes fell by 2.2%. On a scope excluding sales in Eastern Europe and China, volumes were stable.

Net income reached 843 million euros, down 18.3% from 1,032 million euros in 2021.

Michelin is maintaining its 2022 guidance, with operating income from the segments in excess of 3.2 billion euros at constant exchange rates, along with structural free cash flow in excess of 1.2 billion euros.
