Wendel: agreement to acquire Crisis Prevention Institute

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel announces the signing of an agreement to acquire Crisis Prevention Institute, an American company specializing in training in behavior management and crisis prevention, for an enterprise value of 910 million dollars.


As part of this transaction, the French investment company will invest up to approximately 590 million dollars in equity, alongside the management of CPI and will hold approximately 98% of the capital.

Subject to compliance with usual conditions and obtaining regulatory approvals, this transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019 or in the first quarter of 2020.
