Faurecia: UBS still a buyer after warning

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS reinstates its "buy" rating on Faurecia shares, maintaining its target price at 57 euros, which gives the the French automotive supplier's share upside potential of 41%.


The broker sees consensus downgrades of 12%-15% for fiscal 2021, in light of the new profit warning announced the previous day due to reduced volumes, high volatility and a plant issue in the US.

The share is currently down almost, only slightly underperforming the market in Paris.
