Faurecia: confirms targets for 2021

(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia's Q1 2021 sales came in at 4,005 million euros, up 8.
9% as reported.

Sales were up 12.2% in organic terms, with strong outperformance in all regions.

For its Seating business (39% of Group sales) organic sales growth was +13.6%. For Interiors (30% of Group sales) organic sales growth reached +11.7%, while for its Clean Mobility activity (26% of Group sales) organic sales growth reached +12.3%.

Faurecia maintains its estimate of 76.6 million vehicles produced in 2021, while confirming all its financial targets for the year: Sales ≥ 16.5 billion euros and sales outperformance> +600 bps, an Operating margin of around 7 % of sales (close to pre-Covid levels), Net cash flow of around 500 million euros and a net debt/EBITDA ratio <1.5x by the year-end.
