Faurecia: E500m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia announces that it has successfully issued a bond of 500 million euros, maturing in 2026, offering a coupon of 3.
125%.

The group said that the purpose of these 2026 bonds is to refinance the 500 million euro bridge loan facility taken to finance Faurecia's acquisition of Clarion, as well as the costs associated with this acquisition.

With the 700 million euros of Schuldscheidarlehen issued in December 2018, with an average margin of under 1.80%, these bonds contribute to fully financing the acquisition of Clarion, at an average interest rate of around 2.5%, including costs.
